Watch Warranty & Registration Program

1. One-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible Licensed Time watches have a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date against qualifying defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Proof of purchase may be required.

2. Optional Lifetime Warranty

Eligible customers may purchase an optional Lifetime Warranty for $19.95 when registering their watch at www.LicensedTime.com. Coverage becomes effective only after the applicable purchase and registration requirements are satisfied and confirmed.

3. Lifetime Coverage

The intended Lifetime Warranty covers qualifying defects in the watch movement and manufacturing defects under normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser, subject to the final terms, eligibility requirements, and applicable law.

4. Exclusions

The intended exclusions include normal wear and tear, scratches and cosmetic deterioration, normal battery depletion or replacement, straps/bracelets/clasps subject to ordinary wear unless a qualifying manufacturing defect applies, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, and water damage resulting from use beyond the stated water-resistance rating or failure to follow care instructions. No exclusion removes a right required by law.

5. Discontinued Watches

If a covered watch is discontinued, no longer manufactured, or unavailable, Licensed Time may replace it with a watch of similar value. The replacement may differ in design, color, style, or features.

6. Original Purchaser and Verification

The Lifetime Warranty is intended for the original purchaser and is non-transferable, subject to applicable law. Verification may use the customer's registration record, email address, proof of purchase, order or retailer receipt, unique warranty registration number, and watch style or serial number if available. Reasonable additional documentation may be requested.

7. Digital Warranty Certificate

After the $19.95 purchase and registration are confirmed, Licensed Time plans to issue a digital certificate with a unique registration number, purchaser details, watch style/model, purchase date, and coverage information.

8. Claims and Inspection

Customers may be asked for proof of purchase, registration details, watch style/model, a defect description, photographs, and return of the watch for inspection. Claim shipping costs, turnaround time, and any coverage for replacement watches remain to be finalized.
