Refund policy
Custom Orders
Any LicensedTime watch that is made to order and custom-printed according to your design specifications are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun. Please review your design carefully before confirming your order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your watch arrives with a defect that affects its ability to function (e.g., it does not run, has broken parts, or has clear production damage), we will gladly replace or refund it.
To qualify:

You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

The watch must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Only watches with verified manufacturing defects qualify for replacement or refund.
How to Request a Return

Contact us at customerservice@licensedtime.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund or replacement status.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed or engraved watches without functional defects.

Watches showing damage from misuse, wear, or unauthorized repairs.

Items returned without prior authorization.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
